Sanghar: A meeting was held under the chairmanship of Assistant Commissioner Sanghar Shafiq Ahmed Arisar to review arrangements for the observance of Eid Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ in Sanghar Taluka.

The meeting reviewed in detail various arrangements, including security, cleanliness, traffic management, processions, religious gatherings, and other necessary measures to ensure the smooth observance of Eid Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ.

Assistant Commissioner Shafiq Ahmed Arisar reiterated the administration’s resolve to illuminate Sanghar and its surrounding areas and decorate various intersections across Sanghar city in connection with the celebrations.

He directed the Municipal Committee and all Town Committee heads to ensure effective arrangements for cleanliness, lighting, and security along the routes of processions. He stressed that all necessary facilities should be provided so that participants can attend the processions and gatherings in a safe and peaceful environment.

The Assistant Commissioner said that Eid Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ is an important occasion of religious devotion and reverence. Therefore, all relevant departments should perform their duties through mutual coordination and complete cooperation so that citizens can celebrate the occasion peacefully and joyfully.

The meeting was attended by Chairman Municipal Committee Rashid Islam Mughal, Federation of Commerce President Haji Malik Sher Muhammad, Vice President Haji Yamin, commonly known as Haji Lalu Qureshi, DSP Sanghar Mukhtiar Memon, Saeed Barohai, Chief Municipal Officer, organizers of Dawat-e-Islami, and other religious scholars.

The participants presented their respective concerns and suggestions regarding the arrangements. Assistant Commissioner Shafiq Ahmed Arisar assured them that efforts would be made to resolve the issues and reiterated the administration’s commitment to working collectively with all stakeholders to celebrate Eid Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ in a peaceful and dignified manner.
