BADIN, August 12, 2026: Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Badin Qamar Raza Jiskani held the weekly Orderly Room (OR) at his office, providing police officers and personnel from different parts of the district an opportunity to present their concerns and service-related requests.
Police officers and personnel from various police stations, Police Headquarters and other units across Badin district participated in the session.
During the Orderly Room, SSP Qamar Raza Jiskani listened in detail to the applications and issues presented by police employees and issued necessary directions on the spot for their resolution.
The matters discussed during the session included transfers, leave requests, service-related issues and other administrative matters.
The SSP also reviewed pending show-cause notices and departmental cases. He directed that such matters be decided promptly and strictly on merit in accordance with departmental rules and regulations.
Speaking on the occasion, SSP Qamar Raza Jiskani reiterated his commitment to resolving the legitimate problems of police personnel and ensuring their welfare.
He said that all available resources would be utilized to address genuine concerns of police employees so that they could perform their duties more effectively and efficiently.
The weekly Orderly Room is aimed at maintaining direct communication between senior police leadership and personnel, enabling officers and employees to raise their service-related concerns through an established departmental mechanism.
The SSP emphasized that timely resolution of legitimate issues would contribute to improving the working environment and morale of police personnel.
The Badin District Police spokesman said that the department remains committed to the welfare of its officers and personnel while ensuring that departmental matters are handled transparently and according to merit.
The session concluded with directions for the implementation of the orders issued by the SSP regarding the various applications and departmental matters presented during the Orderly Room.
