Sukkur: The Milad-e-Mustafa Committee has reaffirmed its commitment to organizing Eid Milad-un-Nabi (Rabi-ul-Awwal) celebrations with religious devotion and enthusiasm across Sukkur.
The announcement was made by Committee President Haji Muhammad Yaseen Saeedi, Secretary General Haji Shakeel Ahmed Siddiqui, and other office-bearers while addressing workers at the committee’s central office following a public outreach campaign in different parts of the city.
The committee leaders said preparations for the annual celebrations are underway and that members are fully mobilized to ensure the events are held in a well-organized and peaceful manner. They also welcomed the continued cooperation between the Milad-e-Mustafa Committee and Anjuman Fidayan-e-Rasool, describing the partnership as a positive step toward strengthening religious activities in the city.
During the gathering, the speakers paid tribute to the committee’s founding chairman, Ghiyasuddin Qadri, praising his long-standing contributions to religious and social welfare initiatives. They described him as a dedicated and experienced leader recognized for his simplicity, patience, organizational abilities, and decades of service to the community.
The leaders prayed for Allah’s continued blessings upon Ghiyasuddin Qadri and expressed hope that the committee would continue to grow and expand its religious and welfare activities in the years ahead.
They also urged volunteers and supporters to work together to ensure that the Eid Milad-un-Nabi celebrations reflect the spirit of unity, peace, and respect associated with the occasion, while maintaining discipline and cooperation throughout the events.
