Sukkur/Pano Aqil: A delegation from the Sukkur National Press Club (Registered) visited Pano Aqil to offer condolences to senior journalist Hazrat Gul Pathan following the death of his young son, Asif Pathan.
The delegation was led by Press Club President Sahil Jogi and included General Secretary Agha Yawar, Treasurer Parag Sharma, Ismail Soomro, former Press Club President Taj Rand, and other members.
During the visit, the delegation expressed its heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family and offered prayers for the departed soul.
The members recited Fateha for the deceased and prayed that Allah Almighty grants Asif Pathan complete forgiveness, blesses him with the highest place in Jannat-ul-Firdous, and gives strength and patience to his family to bear this immense loss.
Speaking with Hazrat Gul Pathan, the delegation said the loss of a young son is an indescribable tragedy, adding that the entire journalist community shares in his grief during this difficult time.
The delegation also reaffirmed the commitment of the Sukkur National Press Club (Registered) to stand by its fellow journalists in times of hardship and sorrow.
The visit concluded with special prayers for the elevation of the deceased’s ranks in the hereafter, divine mercy and forgiveness for the departed, and patience and perseverance for the bereaved family.
