Commissioner Shaheed Benazirabad Division, Shamir Bhutto, paid an official visit to Sanghar today, where he reviewed the ongoing anti-polio campaign and inspected both fixed and transit vaccination points.
During his visit to the Civil Hospital Sanghar, the Commissioner examined the available medical facilities, met with patients, and inquired about the medicines being provided to them. He also inspected the cleanliness and hygiene conditions of the hospital premises and directed the hospital administration to ensure the best possible healthcare services for all patients without any compromise.
Later, Commissioner Shamir Bhutto visited the Deputy Commissioner’s Office Sanghar, where he met Deputy Commissioner Sarah Javed and the District Health Officer (DHO) to receive a detailed briefing on the progress of the polio eradication drive.
Deputy Commissioner Sarah Javed informed the Commissioner that all officers and staff of the Revenue Department are actively engaged in monitoring activities for the second consecutive day. She also apprised him of her inspection visits to Tando Adam, Sarhari, and other areas to personally review the campaign’s performance and coverage.
During the visit, Assistant Commissioner Sanghar Shafiq Ahmed Arisar and District Manager of the Coordination Committee for the ‘Mumtah’ program, Ms. Kulsoom Joyo, also accompanied the Commissioner.
