Regional Director Ombudsman Shaheed Benazirabad, Khan Muhammad Zardari, held an open public forum (Khuli Kachehri) in Village Imtiaz Ahmed Zardari, Union Council Fatehpur, where a large number of local residents participated and presented their complaints and issues related to various government departments.

Speaking on the occasion, Regional Director Ombudsman Khan Muhammad Zardari said that the Ombudsman institution is working to ensure justice and improved public services from government departments. He stated that the purpose of organizing open public forums is to reach people at their doorstep, listen to their problems, and hold the relevant institutions accountable for resolving them.

He urged the public to contact the Ombudsman’s office for the resolution of their legitimate grievances so that their complaints could be addressed in a timely manner.

During the open forum, citizens highlighted issues related to water supply, healthcare, education, road repairs, electricity, and other basic facilities. In response, the Regional Director said that letters would be sent to the concerned officials to ensure prompt investigation of public complaints and their early resolution.

The local residents expressed their gratitude to Regional Director Ombudsman Khan Muhammad Zardari for visiting their village, listening to their concerns, and taking steps toward resolving their problems.
