With the start of of PTI long march from Dera Ismail Khan, security sources have raised apprehensions that terrorists belonging to ‘Fitna-ul-Khawarij’ might infiltrate the convoys of Tehreek-e-Insaf as they set out from various areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Sources said that terrorists from certain factions of ‘Fitna-ul-Khawarij’ have already infiltrated these convoys in disguise, entering from the South Waziristan and Malakand regions.
Sources said terrorists belonging to the Fitna-ul-Khawarij could carry out attacks under the cover of crowds gathered at various locations. Crowded areas and law enforcement personnel on duty could be targeted by terrorists.
The political gatherings could also be targeted to incite chaos.
