Interior Minister Syed Mohsin Naqvi met with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in Lahore on Saturday and informed him of the progress made in talks with the PTI on the latter’s planned long march towards Islamabad on October 4.
That during the meeting that lasted for over one hour, the prime minister hailed members of the government delegation for going ahead with negotiations with a positive state of mind.
It was agreed at the meeting that the opposition party’s political issues would be resolved through dialogue.
After the meeting was over, Naqvi left for Islamabad.
