LARKANA, September 6, 2026: Following directives from SSP Larkana Azhar Khan (PSP), Larkana Police carried out operations against criminal elements across different areas of the district, arresting eight suspects involved in serious offences.
According to police, the arrested suspects include proclaimed offenders, absconders and wanted individuals allegedly involved in murder, robbery, theft, drug dealing and illegal weapons cases. Police also recovered weapons, a snatched motorcycle and narcotics from the suspects.
Kanga Police arrested two proclaimed offenders, Zahid Shah and Abdul Majeed Sangi, who were allegedly wanted in murder cases.
Nodero Police arrested absconding and wanted suspect Zulfiqar Junejo, who is allegedly involved in murder and robbery cases. In a separate operation, police also arrested alleged drug dealer Mujahid Sheikh and recovered 2,000 grams of cannabis from his possession.
Allahabad Police arrested Latif Dino Gopang and Abdul Sattar Daher and recovered two unlicensed pistols, ammunition and liquor from them.
Ali Goharabad Police arrested alleged drug dealer Asad Abro, who is reportedly wanted in more than a dozen serious cases. More than one kilogram of hashish was recovered from him.
In another operation, Ali Goharabad Police recovered a CD70 motorcycle allegedly snatched from citizen Abdul Hafeez Sheikh and arrested suspect Sajjad Sheikh in connection with the case.
Police said further investigation and legal proceedings against the arrested suspects are underway.
