LARKANA (Bureau Report): A grand and dignified Independence Day ceremony was held on August 12, 2026, at the Government Institute of Business and Commercial Education Larkana, Government Vocational School for Girls Larkana, and Vocational Training Centre for Girls Larkana.
The ceremony was organized as part of the celebrations marking Pakistan’s Independence Day and was attended by officials, teachers and a large number of students.
The event was held under the leadership and in the presence of Deputy Commissioner Larkana Tariq Manzoor Chandio, Mr. Mureed Hussain Khakhrani, Regional Director STEVTA Larkana, Mr. Mehboob Ali Chandio, Principal Government Institute of Business and Commercial Education Larkana, Ms. Shabroz Soomro, Headmistress Government Vocational School for Girls Larkana, Ms. Shabnam, Headmistress Vocational Training Centre for Girls Larkana, and Ali Bakhsh Kalhoro, Principal Government Institute of Business and Commercial Education Jacobabad.
The ceremony was marked by great enthusiasm, patriotic spirit and national fervour.
The national flag of Pakistan was hoisted during the ceremony, following which students enthusiastically raised slogans of “Pakistan Zindabad” and expressed their love and devotion to the country.
A large number of male and female students participated in the event. Their patriotism, discipline and enthusiasm for Pakistan were highly appreciated by the organizers and guests.
