SUKKUR (Bureau Report): An All Parties Conference titled “Message of Freedom” was organized at the Sukkur Press Club by the Pakistan Markazi Muslim League as part of Independence Day celebrations.
The conference was attended by leaders and representatives of political and religious parties, Ulema, religious scholars, members of the business community, journalists, intellectuals and civil society representatives.
The participants emphasized the importance of national security, unity, sovereignty, economic stability, public welfare and further promoting the spirit of love for Pakistan.
Addressing the conference, Pakistan Markazi Muslim League Sukkur Division President Muhammad Ashraf Bajwa said that the basic objective of organizing the All Parties Conference was to create awareness among the public regarding Independence Day, strengthen the spirit of love for Pakistan and foster patriotism, national unity and loyalty to the country among the younger generation.
He said that the Pakistan Markazi Muslim League was organizing various programmes across the country, from Karachi to Gilgit-Baltistan, in connection with Independence Day celebrations.
Muhammad Ashraf Bajwa said that special events would be organized in schools on Independence Day, including sports competitions and programmes for women, aimed at promoting national spirit and patriotism among citizens.
