Addressing a press conference at the <strong>PCU Press Club Dadu<\/strong>, he appealed to senior authorities for an impartial investigation and immediate justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speaking to the media, <strong>Imdad Ali Jatoi<\/strong>, son of Muhammad Suleman Jatoi, alleged that <strong>52 acres (approximately 52 jaribs)<\/strong> of his agricultural land had been occupied by <strong>Muhammad Jatoi, Haider Jatoi, Mitho Jatoi, Farooq Jatoi,<\/strong> and <strong>Rafiq Jatoi<\/strong>. He stated that he had previously highlighted the issue through a press conference and later met the <strong>SSP Dadu<\/strong>, who, according to him, directed the Phulji Village Police Station to investigate the matter and take legal action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, Imdad Ali claimed that instead of implementing those directives, <strong>SHO Ijaz Panhwar<\/strong> and <strong>Head Muharrir Abdullah Panhwar<\/strong> allegedly sided with the opposing party and threatened to implicate him and his associates in false criminal cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He further stated that, due to the ongoing dispute, he eventually sold the agricultural land to <strong>Mahboob Ali Jatoi<\/strong>, but alleged that the conflict continued even after the sale. According to him, the opposing party, with the alleged support of local police officials, registered a false FIR against him and six others, which he insists is entirely baseless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Imdad Ali also alleged that the purchaser, <strong>Mahboob Ali Jatoi<\/strong>, son of Khuda Bakhsh Jatoi, was later attacked by armed men, who allegedly opened direct fire on him, leaving him injured. He claimed that despite the seriousness of the incident, police failed to take effective action against those responsible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He further alleged that he and his family have been receiving continuous death threats, placing their lives and property at serious risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Concluding the press conference, Imdad Ali appealed to the <strong>Sessions Judge Dadu<\/strong>, the <strong>Inspector General of Police Sindh<\/strong>, the <strong>DIG Hyderabad<\/strong>, the <strong>SSP Dadu<\/strong>, and other relevant authorities to conduct a transparent investigation into the matter, remove the alleged illegal occupation from the agricultural land, hand over possession to the lawful purchaser, and ensure protection for him and his family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He also warned that if any harm comes to him or any member of his family, he would hold the individuals named during the press conference responsible.
