Aqeel secured a hard-fought victory with a scoreline of 6-2, 1-6, 6-4, confirming Pakistan\u2019s overall triumph.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The doubles match was also highly competitive. Pakistan\u2019s Shehryar Salamat and Hadi Hussain made a strong comeback after losing the first set and defeated Jovan West and Guillermo Cousin 1-6, 6-1, 10-6 in the deciding tie-break to complete Pakistan\u2019s 3-0 victory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The convincing win over the United States has given Team Pakistan strong momentum for the round-robin stage of the championship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pakistan will now face Canada in its second round-robin match.
