Dadu:<\/strong> A community meeting was organized at the Basic Health Unit (BHU) Makhdoom Bilawal<\/strong>, managed by PPHI Sindh, District Dadu<\/strong>, to review healthcare services, receive public feedback, and create awareness about ongoing public health and welfare initiatives of the Government of Sindh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meeting was chaired by District Manager PPHI Sindh Dr. Altaf Ali Mangi<\/strong> and attended by Executive Officer (Monitoring) Muhammad Noor Muhammad<\/strong>, Taluka Social Organizer Imran Ahmed<\/strong>, In-charge Medical Officer Dr. Altaf Ali Baloch<\/strong>, community leaders, local residents, women, and other members of the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Addressing the participants, Dr. Altaf Ali Mangi said that the main objective of PPHI Sindh is to provide quality, timely, and free healthcare facilities to people living in remote and underserved areas. He gave a detailed briefing about the medical services available at the Basic Health Unit and urged residents to benefit from these facilities while promoting awareness about disease prevention and healthy practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He also briefed participants about the Government of Sindh\u2019s newly launched MAMTA Project<\/strong>, explaining that the initiative aims to provide financial and nutritional support to eligible pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers from underprivileged communities. He said the project focuses on improving maternal and child health, reducing malnutrition, and promoting safe motherhood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the meeting, community members expressed their confidence in the healthcare services provided by PPHI Sindh and appreciated its efforts. They particularly praised the availability of 24-hour free normal delivery services, ambulance facilities, free quality medicines, regular presence of healthcare staff, professional services, and positive behavior of medical personnel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Community representatives assured their full cooperation with PPHI Sindh in promoting health awareness, vaccination campaigns, maternal and child healthcare, nutrition initiatives, and other community welfare programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meeting concluded in a positive atmosphere, with participants agreeing that increased community involvement, cooperation, and continued efforts by PPHI Sindh would further strengthen healthcare delivery and ensure improved access to quality medical services for the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
