channel allegedly collapsing and allowing rainwater to flow into a nearby natural watercourse instead of being properly discharged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Residents further claimed that the pump house built under the project remains incomplete, alleging that <strong>water pumps and an electricity transformer have not yet been installed<\/strong>, preventing the drainage system from becoming operational.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They also alleged that <strong>substandard construction materials<\/strong> were used in the project and expressed concern that the pump house structure could be at risk of damage or collapse during heavy rainfall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With forecasts predicting further intense rains, people living
