As a result, <strong>Arbab Rasool Bakhsh Mandhro Village<\/strong> and <strong>Arbab Iqbal Colony<\/strong> were completely submerged, while floodwater continued to spread toward neighboring localities, causing concern among residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following reports of the incident, <strong>Deputy Commissioner Badin Yasar Bhatti<\/strong>, <strong>Assistant Commissioner Badin Rajesh Kumar<\/strong>, <strong>Dr. Sajjad Chandio<\/strong>, former Union Council Chairman <strong>Sikandar Ali Mandhro<\/strong>, and officials from the <strong>Irrigation Department<\/strong> reached the site at around <strong>9:00 a.m.<\/strong> to assess the situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the visit, the Assistant Commissioner directed Irrigation Department officials to immediately mobilize <strong>heavy machinery<\/strong> and take emergency measures to plug the breach in order to prevent further damage and protect nearby villages from flooding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to sources, the breach had <strong>not yet been fully contained<\/strong>, and there remained a risk of floodwater entering additional villages if emergency repair work was delayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The district administration said it is closely monitoring the situation and has instructed relevant departments to undertake relief and rescue measures, minimize potential losses, and assist affected communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meanwhile, local residents expressed concern over what they described as the <strong>alleged poor performance of the Irrigation Department<\/strong>, urging authorities to seal the breach without delay and prevent further
