{"id":8316,"date":"2026-07-29T15:06:07","date_gmt":"2026-07-29T15:06:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/paksouch.com\/?p=8316"},"modified":"2026-07-29T15:06:08","modified_gmt":"2026-07-29T15:06:08","slug":"pirabad-police-arrest-two-suspects-including-woman-drug-dealer-seize-drugs-and-gutka-materials","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/paksouch.com\/?p=8316","title":{"rendered":"Pirabad Police Arrest Two Suspects, Including Woman Drug Dealer, Seize Drugs and Gutka Materials"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>KARACHI:<\/strong> Pirabad Police arrested two suspects, including a woman allegedly involved in drug trafficking, during separate operations carried out as part of an ongoing crackdown against narcotics and banned substances on the directives of <strong>SSP West Tariq Elahi Mastoi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to police, <strong>SHO Pirabad Waseem Anees<\/strong>, accompanied by a police team, conducted a raid on an illegal gutka and mawa manufacturing unit after receiving confidential information. During the operation, the police arrested <strong>Salman<\/strong>, son of <strong>Haji Abdul Ghaffar<\/strong>, who was allegedly producing gutka and mawa inside a house in <strong>Sector E\/4<\/strong> within the limits of Pirabad Police Station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Police said they recovered <strong>50 packets of gutka and mawa<\/strong>, <strong>5 kilograms of betel nut<\/strong>, tobacco, lime and other prohibited materials from the suspect&#8217;s possession. A case has been registered against the accused, and further investigation is underway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In another operation based on intelligence information, Pirabad Police arrested a woman identified as <strong>Parveen alias Appi<\/strong>, wife of <strong>Aurangzeb<\/strong>, on allegations of drug trafficking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to police, the woman was listed among wanted drug suspects. Officers allegedly recovered <strong>53 grams of crystal meth (Ice)<\/strong> packed in small sachets, along with cash, from her possession. A case has been registered under the relevant legal provisions, and further investigation is in progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Police further claimed that the arrested woman is a habitual offender who has previously been arrested and imprisoned in several narcotics-related cases. According to police records, she has been booked in <strong>Case No. 436\/2021<\/strong> under <strong>Section 9(i)(C) of the Control of Narcotic Substances Act<\/strong>, <strong>Case No. 383\/2021<\/strong> under <strong>Section 9(i)(3)(C)<\/strong>, and <strong>Case No. 199\/2025<\/strong> under the same provision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The police stated that the anti-drug crackdown in the district is continuing under the directions of <strong>SSP West Tariq Elahi Mastoi<\/strong>.
