Moscow:<\/strong> Russian President Vladimir Putin<\/strong> has praised Iran’s “Mosquito Fleet”<\/strong> strategy, saying that its use of small, fast attack boats equipped with modern weapons and technology has demonstrated effectiveness in military operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Russia’s state-run Sputnik News Agency<\/strong>, Putin made the remarks during a meeting with senior Russian naval officers while discussing recent developments in the Middle East.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Referring to the regional conflict, Putin said, “Look at what is happening in the Middle East. Iran has made its military operations quite effective by using its Mosquito Fleet.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The term “Mosquito Fleet”<\/strong> generally refers to a naval doctrine that relies on numerous small, high-speed vessels armed with missiles, rockets, torpedoes, or other weapons.
