He added that Karachi\u2019s citizens are suffering from growing health crises, poor sanitation, and widespread administrative paralysis. \u201cThe city\u2019s problems are not being solved \u2014 it\u2019s time for the federal government to take Karachi under its administrative control to ensure effective governance,\u201d he asserted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
