{"id":7706,"date":"2026-07-26T12:21:22","date_gmt":"2026-07-26T12:21:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/paksouch.com\/?p=7706"},"modified":"2026-07-26T12:21:23","modified_gmt":"2026-07-26T12:21:23","slug":"over-100-students-participate-in-athletics-summer-camp-at-iba-public-school-sukkur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/paksouch.com\/?p=7706","title":{"rendered":"Over 100 Students Participate in Athletics Summer Camp at IBA Public School Sukkur"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sukkur:<\/strong> The Sindh Athletics Association, in collaboration with Lok Sahata, organised the <strong>Gadil Athletics Summer Camp<\/strong> at IBA Public School Sukkur, where more than <strong>100 male and female students<\/strong> enthusiastically participated in a range of athletics activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the closing ceremony, certificates were distributed among the successful participants in recognition of their active involvement and achievements during the camp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event was attended by <strong>Shabbir Memon<\/strong> of Pakistan Sweet Home and <strong>Dr Ali Gohar Chang<\/strong>, Principal of IBA Public School Sukkur, as chief guests. <strong>Agha Haroon<\/strong> served as the camp&#8217;s focal person, while <strong>Sana Rafiq<\/strong> and <strong>Saleem Ahmed<\/strong> coordinated the event. Coaching responsibilities were carried out by <strong>Abdul Baqi<\/strong> and <strong>Alisha<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among the other distinguished attendees were <strong>Madam Huma Rizwan<\/strong>, <strong>Azra Jamal<\/strong>, and <strong>Dr Saeed Awan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Addressing the participants, Shabbir Memon and Dr Ali Gohar Chang highlighted the importance of encouraging children and young people to engage in sports at a time when mobile gaming and excessive screen use have become increasingly common. They said bringing the younger generation back to sports fields is a highly positive initiative that promotes a healthy lifestyle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They emphasised that sports contribute not only to physical fitness but also to mental development, while helping students build discipline, teamwork, competitive spirit and self-confidence.
