As Justice Babar Sattar has been transferred from the Islamabad High Court to the Peshawar High Court, he has been given <strong>one month<\/strong> to vacate the government accommodation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the text of the notice, the notice period is deemed to have commenced from <strong>3 July<\/strong>, the date on which the official residence was cancelled by the Estate Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sources said that after his transfer, <strong>Justice Babar Sattar did not obtain official accommodation in Peshawar<\/strong> and instead decided to retain his residence in Islamabad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The notice follows administrative procedures related to the allocation of official residences for judges serving in different high courts.
