Shah<\/strong>, a member of the custodial family of <strong>Dargah Hazrat Anbah<\/strong> and son of the late <strong>Syed Wilayat Ali Shah<\/strong>, has alleged that his inherited property has been illegally occupied by relatives and appealed to the authorities for protection and justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Addressing a press conference at the <strong>Sukkur National Press Club (Registered)<\/strong>, Syed Ikhtiar Ali Shah claimed that his cousins \u2014 <strong>Syed Jan Muhammad Shah, Syed Kamil Ali Shah, Syed Taj Muhammad Shah, and Syed Haq Maujood Shah<\/strong> \u2014 had unlawfully occupied property left by his late father, depriving him of his lawful inheritance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He stated that despite being the legal heir of Syed Wilayat Ali Shah, he had not been given his rightful share in the family estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Syed Ikhtiar Ali Shah further alleged that influential individuals had occupied several ancestral properties across Sindh, including the historic <strong>Baba Sain&#8217;s four havelis<\/strong> and other assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to him, he had attempted to resolve the dispute amicably by approaching <strong>Sardar Ali Nawaz Khan Ghoto<\/strong>, but the opposing party was unwilling to engage in dialogue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He claimed that the alleged occupation of the properties had continued for several years and that he had received threats whenever he demanded his legal rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Appealing to the authorities, Syed Ikhtiar Ali Shah urged the <strong>DIG Sukkur<\/strong> and <strong>SSP Sukkur<\/strong> to take notice of the matter, provide him with security, remove the alleged illegal encroachments, and ensure that he receives his lawful share in the inherited property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The allegations have been made by Syed Ikhtiar Ali Shah, and no response from the individuals named in the press conference was included at the time of
