In the heart of <strong>Tuscany<\/strong>, the charming town of <strong>Radicondoli<\/strong>, located near <strong>Siena<\/strong>, is offering newcomers up to <strong>$23,000 (over Rs. 6.5 million Pakistani rupees)<\/strong> as an incentive to settle in the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once home to about 3,000 residents, Radicondoli\u2019s population has now dwindled to <strong>just 966<\/strong>. Out of approximately <strong>450 houses<\/strong>, more than <strong>100 lie vacant<\/strong>, prompting local authorities to launch a creative plan to revive the town\u2019s population and economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Originally introduced in <strong>2023<\/strong>, the initiative offered <strong>$23,000<\/strong> to individuals or families who purchased and renovated empty homes in the town. Additionally, new residents could receive up to <strong>\u20ac6,000<\/strong> in support for transportation and other relocation expenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recently, the scheme has been <strong>expanded<\/strong> \u2014 now, besides financial assistance for buying property, newcomers are also eligible to have <strong>50% of their rent covered for the first two years<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project aims to <strong>revitalize rural life<\/strong> and attract younger families or remote workers seeking peaceful, scenic surroundings with modern amenities.
