{"id":6422,"date":"2026-07-18T14:27:30","date_gmt":"2026-07-18T14:27:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/paksouch.com\/?p=6422"},"modified":"2026-07-18T14:27:31","modified_gmt":"2026-07-18T14:27:31","slug":"two-killed-in-upper-kohistan-over-suspected-relationship-seven-booked","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/paksouch.com\/?p=6422","title":{"rendered":"Two Killed in Upper Kohistan Over Suspected Relationship; Seven Booked"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>DASU:<\/strong> A <strong>22-year-old woman<\/strong> and a <strong>police officer<\/strong> were killed in separate attacks in <strong>Dasu<\/strong>, the headquarters of <strong>Upper Kohistan district<\/strong>, in what police say was a case allegedly motivated by suspicion over their relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to police, the woman&#8217;s family suspected that she and the police officer were involved in a relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Investigators allege that the woman was <strong>shot dead<\/strong> by a group that included her <strong>husband, father, and brother<\/strong>, along with other relatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Police further stated that the police officer was allegedly <strong>lured to a location<\/strong>, where he was assaulted and later <strong>killed with a sharp-edged weapon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Officials said the deceased police officer had <strong>married only a few days earlier<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to police, although the officer&#8217;s family chose not to pursue the case, authorities have registered a <strong>First Information Report (FIR)<\/strong> on the state&#8217;s behalf against <strong>seven suspects<\/strong> and launched an investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The allegations are based on the initial police investigation, and the accused are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
