It added that all four received medical treatment and are in <strong>stable condition<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the statement, Kuwait&#8217;s armed forces also intercepted <strong>one ballistic missile, four cruise missiles, and 33 drones<\/strong> on the same day. The military said the projectiles were allegedly aimed at key military and civilian facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Officials added that debris from the intercepted missiles and drones caused <strong>material damage<\/strong> in some areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The incident follows a statement by Iran&#8217;s <strong>Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC)<\/strong> claiming it had targeted what it described as <strong>enemy weapons depots in Bahrain and Kuwait<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The IRGC also said it had struck a <strong>drone launch site at Kuwait&#8217;s Ali Al Salem Air Base<\/strong>, describing the operation as a response to U.S. military actions against Iran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a separate statement, the IRGC warned that as long as what it described as &#8220;U.S. aggression&#8221; continues, regional oil and gas exports would remain at risk, adding that U.S. actions would only delay the reopening of the <strong>Strait of Hormuz<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The competing claims by Kuwaiti and Iranian authorities could not be independently verified.
