{"id":5333,"date":"2026-07-09T07:56:26","date_gmt":"2026-07-09T07:56:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/paksouch.com\/?p=5333"},"modified":"2026-07-09T07:56:26","modified_gmt":"2026-07-09T07:56:26","slug":"court-extends-physical-remand-of-four-suspects-in-kidnapping-and-rape-case-involving-foreign-women","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/paksouch.com\/?p=5333","title":{"rendered":"Court Extends Physical Remand of Four Suspects in Kidnapping and Rape Case Involving Foreign Women"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>LAHORE:<\/strong> A Lahore court has extended the <strong>physical remand of four suspects, including Raza Dar, by five days<\/strong> in a case involving the alleged kidnapping and rape of two foreign women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The accused\u2014<strong>Raza Dar, Sikandar Khan, Hassan Raza, and Sajid Ali<\/strong>\u2014were produced before Judicial Magistrate <strong>Azhar Mahmood<\/strong> after the expiry of their previous remand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the hearing, the prosecution requested a further <strong>nine-day physical remand<\/strong>, arguing that investigators still needed to recover a laptop, a weapon, and a vehicle allegedly linked to the case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Counsel Salman Shahid, representing suspects <strong>Sikandar Khan and Sajid Ali<\/strong>, argued that Sajid was a security guard from a low-income family, while Sikandar was a businessman.
