Among them was <strong>11-year-old Huzaifa<\/strong>, whose case was also taken up during the proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Court Questions Minor&#8217;s Bail Application<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the hearing, the court questioned why the bail application of the minor had been filed before it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The judge observed that cases involving children fall under the jurisdiction of a <strong>juvenile court<\/strong>, not a regular sessions court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Court Notes Issues with Charge Sheet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The court also observed that the police had not arrested the accused despite the ongoing proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It further noted that the <strong>charge sheet had been rejected twice<\/strong> and that the investigating authorities had submitted it again without addressing the objections previously raised by the court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bail Conditions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The court directed the adult accused to submit <strong>surety bonds of Rs500,000 each<\/strong> as a condition for their release on bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meanwhile, <strong>11-year-old Huzaifa<\/strong> was granted bail against a <strong>surety bond of Rs10,000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The case relates to the <strong>Gul Plaza fire incident<\/strong>, which investigators have described as an accidental fire while also naming several individuals, including Tanveer Pasta, over alleged negligence.
