{"id":4943,"date":"2026-07-04T13:16:10","date_gmt":"2026-07-04T13:16:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/paksouch.com\/?p=4943"},"modified":"2026-07-04T13:16:10","modified_gmt":"2026-07-04T13:16:10","slug":"akshay-kumar-sold-4-expensive-apartments-in-one-month-what-was-their-total-value","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/paksouch.com\/?p=4943","title":{"rendered":"Akshay Kumar Sold 4 Expensive Apartments in One Month  What Was Their Total Value?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A<strong>kshay Kumar sold four residential properties worth nearly \u20b919.5 crore in just one month, according to Indian media reports.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bollywood actor <strong>Akshay Kumar<\/strong> has sold four luxury apartments worth nearly <strong>\u20b920 crore<\/strong> in Mumbai&#8217;s high-end real estate market within a single month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Indian media reports, property registration records show that on <strong>June 30, 2026<\/strong>, Akshay Kumar sold <strong>two luxury apartments<\/strong> on the <strong>18th floor of Oberoi Enigma<\/strong> in <strong>Mulund West, Mumbai<\/strong>, for <strong>\u20b912.38 crore<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each apartment has a built-up area of <strong>1,886 square feet<\/strong> and includes <strong>three parking spaces<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Akshay Kumar had purchased these two apartments in <strong>2017<\/strong> for a combined price of <strong>\u20b99 crore<\/strong>. By selling them, he earned a profit of approximately <strong>\u20b93.3 crore<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Earlier in <strong>June 2026<\/strong>, he also sold <strong>two apartments<\/strong> in <strong>Oberoi Sky City<\/strong>, located in <strong>Borivali East, Mumbai<\/strong>, for <strong>\u20b97.10 crore<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Indian media, Akshay Kumar sold a total of <strong>four residential properties worth approximately \u20b919.5 crore<\/strong> during the month.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Akshay Kumar sold four residential properties worth nearly \u20b919.5 crore in just one month, according to Indian media reports.
