The Sindh Assembly (SA) on Sunday offered prayers for the salvation of sthe soulsof three Pakistan Rangers\u2019 personnel who sacrificed their lives while fighting against three India-sponsored militants in Karachi earlier in the morning, <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Speaking during the session, which got underway with Panel Chairperson Rehana Laghari in the chair, PPP leader Qaim Ali Shah said that provinces needed their shares under the NFC Award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He said it was difficult to announce a balanced budget in a difficult situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He claimed that the PPP government\u2019s performance had been better than other provincial governments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Later, Opposition Leader in the Sindh Assembly Ali Khurshidi said that the amounts earmarked for Sindh were being spent on other provinces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He asked the PPP to lead over the issue of Indus River System Authority (IRSA), and the MQM-P would support it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He was of the view that until and unless powers would be devolved, issues would not be resolved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
