An Iranian delegation led by Transport Minister Farzana Sadiq met with Federal Minister for Communications Abdul Aleem Khan during her visit to Pakistan, <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Federal Minister for Railways Hanif Abbasi, Minister for Commerce Jam Kamal and Minister for Maritime Affairs Junaid Anwar were also part of the Pakistani delegation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Abdul Aleem Khan expressed happiness over the establishment of peace in the region in a conversation with the Iranian delegation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Talking on the occasion, Abdul Aleem Khan said Iranian people appreciate the firm resolve and courage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pak-Iran\u2019s road and rail links will be further strengthened in the future, Aleem Khan said. He said strengthening land links between the two countries will increase trade opportunities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Various proposals were considered in the meeting, both delegations agreed to activate the Pak-Iran Joint Transport Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Transport-related issues between Iran and Pakistan will be resolved immediately, Abdul Aleem Khan said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Iranian Minister Farzana Sadiq expressed gratitude for Pakistan’s positive role in stopping the war and in the peace agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We appreciate the strong support and cooperation of our Pakistani brothers, Farzana Sadiq said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Iranian Transport Minister also raised the issue of clearance of trucks and containers between the two countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
