Peshawar:<\/strong> The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Police have decided to introduce a satellite-based communication system<\/strong> in remote and difficult-to-access areas to ensure uninterrupted coordination during emergencies and security operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to police officials, the new system will help operational teams maintain communication even in situations where mobile and landline networks are unavailable or disrupted<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Backup Communication During Emergencies<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Under the new arrangement, police teams deployed in the field will be able to use satellite communication devices to stay connected with command centers during critical situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Officials said that in many remote regions, especially during emergencies, natural disasters, or security operations, conventional communication networks often fail. The satellite system is expected to provide a reliable backup in such scenarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phase-Wise Implementation Plan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
