Hyderabad (Reported by Mehboob Hussain Buzdar):<\/strong> A protest was held outside the Tando Jam Press Club<\/strong> against the alleged illegal occupation of ancestral agricultural land in Tando Jam. An elderly man, along with his sons and other family members, staged the demonstration under intense heat, demanding justice and the recovery of their disputed property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The protest was led by Ali Akbar Dhamach<\/strong>, a senior citizen from village Fatan Dhamach, who was accompanied by his sons Mujahid Dhamach and Amjad Dhamach<\/strong>, along with other relatives. The protesters carried banners and placards and raised slogans against those they accused of occupying their land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Allegations of Land Grabbing Within Family<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Speaking to the media during the protest, Ali Akbar Dhamach alleged that his nephews and their descendants, including Saeed Dhamach, Khaliq Dad Dhamach, Raja, Shan, Shehzad, and Shahzeb<\/strong>, had unlawfully occupied a portion of his ancestral agricultural land during a family partition dispute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He claimed that the disputed property is located in Deh Tando Qaiser<\/strong>, where, according to him, the accused individuals have taken control of approximately 10 acres of agricultural land beyond their legal share<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The elderly protester described the situation as an injustice within the family, stating that the land distribution process had been manipulated, resulting in an unfair share being taken by the opposing side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ali Akbar Dhamach further alleged that whenever he or his family members demand their rightful share, they are met with threats. They expressed frustration over what they described as repeated delays and lack of enforcement by law enforcement agencies, despite multiple complaints being filed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They demanded that the authorities ensure the removal of the alleged illegal occupation from their agricultural land, restore their rightful ownership, and take strict legal action against those accused of encroachment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
