Naushahro Feroze: Employees of the Public Health Department staged a protest in Naushahro Feroze against the non-regularization of kitchen staff and the alleged non-implementation of salaries as per the notification issued by the Sindh government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The protesting workers, along with union leaders, demanded immediate acceptance of their legitimate demands, stating that they have been serving in the department for the past six years but have not been regularized despite repeated assurances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Speaking on the occasion, Employees Union Central President Nasrullah Moshori said that the workers have been continuously performing their duties for the last six years, yet they remain contractual and have not been made permanent. He added that salaries are also not being paid according to the official notification issued by the Sindh government, which he termed a clear injustice to the employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Union leader Kifayat Somro criticized the department for conducting interviews for new staff while ignoring the regularization of long-serving employees. He called the move unfair and against merit, alleging that experienced workers are being deliberately overlooked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Other representatives, including Noman Ali and Amjad Ali, demanded that all kitchen employees be immediately regularized and paid salaries in accordance with the government notification so that their financial difficulties could be resolved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Union President Nasrullah Moshori warned that if their demands are not accepted without delay, employees from across Sindh will launch a broader protest campaign and stage a sit-in outside the Sindh Assembly, expanding the scope of their agitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
