Russia has accused Ukraine of carrying out a strike on a school hostel in the Luhansk region, resulting in the deaths of six people and injuries to 39 others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to international media reports, Russian President Vladimir Putin claimed that the attack took place late at night and targeted a hostel housing school children. He stated that around 15 people are still missing following the incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
