Islamabad:<\/strong> The federal government has officially announced the public holidays for Eid ul Adha, bringing relief and excitement to millions of citizens preparing for one of the most important Islamic festivals of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to a notification issued by the Cabinet Division, the Eid ul Adha holidays will be observed from May 26 to May 28<\/strong> across the country. The announcement was made after receiving formal approval from Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The notification confirms that all federal government offices, educational institutions, and many public sector organizations will remain closed during the three-day holiday period to allow citizens to celebrate the religious occasion with their families and communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eid ul Adha, also known as the \u201cFestival of Sacrifice,\u201d is observed by Muslims around the world in remembrance of the willingness of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) to sacrifice his son in obedience to Allah\u2019s command.
