Jamiat Ulama-e-Islam summoned a meeting of its Central Majlis-e-Shura to discuss the imposition of emergency and Governor\u2019s Rule in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Amir of Jamiat Ulama-e-Islam Maulana Fazlur Rehman will preside over the meeting, which will be held in Islamabad on October 18-19, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A spokesman for JUI, Aslam Ghouri, said that members of the Majlis-e-Shura from across the country will participate in the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The spokesman further revealed that the imposition of emergency and Governor\u2019s Rule in KP is at the top of the agenda, and all the decisions will be taken keeping in view the country\u2019s political situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The participants of the meeting will also review the Middle East situation, especially in Mecca and Madina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The members of the committee will also review the performance of the federal and provincial governments, rights of people, inflation, unemployment, and other important national issues. The participants will also finalize their line of action for the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
