According to various notifications issued by the Establishment Division, the Prime Minister has appointed Muhammad Saleh Ahmed Faruqui\u2014a retired Grade-22 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service\u2014as the Rector of the National School of Public Policy, Lahore, for a non-extendable term of four years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to other notifications, Mian Usman Ali Shah (Grade 19, Secretariat Group), currently on deputation at the Engineering Development Board; Abdul Fatah, Deputy Secretary at the Poverty Alleviation Division; and Muhammad Bashir Khetran (Grade 21, Secretariat Group), OSD at the Pakistan Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority, have been transferred and directed to report to the Establishment Division. Meanwhile, the services of Zoha Malik Sher, Section Officer at the Defence Production Division, have been placed at the disposal of the CDA on deputation for a period of three years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Furthermore, Sonia Nawaz, Ambreen Mazhar, and Sania Akram Khan\u2014who were awaiting posting\u2014have been appointed as Section Officers in the Establishment Division. Additionally, Ali Sufian (Grade 19, Commerce and Trade Group)\u2014an OSD currently posted at the Pakistan Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority\u2014has been directed to report to the Establishment Division. Meanwhile, the deputation of Sumaira Liaquat Khan (Grade 18, Information Group) as Deputy Director at the Civil Services Academy, Lahore, has been extended by two years effective October 12, 2026; similarly, the deputation of Uzma Saleem (Grade 18, Information Group), currently posted with the Punjab government, has been extended by two years effective September 11, 2026. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to other notifications, Section Officer Shamsuddin has been transferred from the Establishment Division to the Poverty Alleviation Division; meanwhile, the services of Muhammad Adnan\u2014a Section Officer from the Ministry of Religious Affairs Division currently on deputation\u2014have been returned to SMEDA, and the services of Aamir Muhammad Afridi\u2014a Section Officer from the Establishment Division on deputation\u2014have been returned to the Office of the Controller General of Accounts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Furthermore, the services of Muhammad Saeed Ahmed Chaudhry\u2014a Section Officer from the Finance Division serving on deputation\u2014have been returned to the National University of Modern Languages. Meanwhile, the federal government has transferred 14 provincial officers who had been serving in various federal divisions for an extended period and has returned their services to their respective provincial governments; these officers, belonging to Grades 18 and 17, had been serving the federal government on deputation for a long time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The services of the following Section Officers have been transferred and placed at the disposal of the Government of Balochistan for assignment to their respective departments and agencies: Raheela Farheen (Cabinet Division), Tanveer Ahmed Kakar (Cabinet Division), Najibullah Mandokhail (Economic Affairs Division), Hassan Mahmood (Industries and Production Division), Engineer Muhammad Arif (Inter-Provincial Coordination Division), Muhammad Ishtiaq (Human Rights Division), Dr. Muhammad Ismail Hasni (Finance Division), Khalid Mahmood (Privatization Division), Rahmatullah Khetran (Power Division), Muhammad Rafi (Military Finance Wing, Finance Division), and Dilshad Ahmed Jamali (Kashmir Affairs Division). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Furthermore, the services of Shahadat Ali, a Section Officer in the Ministry of Industries and Production, have been returned to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, while the services of Abdul Saboor Bhutto (Section Officer, Finance Division) and Raheela Sandilo (Section Officer, Kashmir Affairs Division) have been returned to their respective departments under the Sindh government; the Establishment Division has issued formal notifications for all these orders. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
