ISLAMABAD: Infor\u00adm\u00adation Minister Attaullah Tarar on Thursday lashed out at \u201ccoordinated negative information campaign\u2026 initiated from outside Pakistan\u201d that was trying to discredit Pakistan\u2019s role for sustainable peace in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a post on his X handle, the minister said that \u201cdetractors of peace, who are unable to come to terms with Pakistan\u2019s role for peace in the region\u201d were running a malicious campaign to discredit Pakistan, adding that facts and verification by credible domestic media sources as well as multiple fact check forums have already called out the propaganda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe understand quite clearly that behind such stories are certain elements,\u201d he said, adding that Pakistan and its responsible media will continue to expose the nefarious designs of those behind this coordinated campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
