Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Member of the National Assembly Qadir Patel has accused the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) of resorting to the \u201cprovincial card\u201d after suffering what he described as a major political failure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
