Speaking after the match against Hyderabad Kingsmen, Farhan acknowledged that while the team put up a strong batting display, they failed to capitalize in key moments. Hyderabad Kingsmen defeated Multan Sultans by 4 wickets in a high-scoring encounter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Multan Sultans had posted an impressive total of 213 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in their allotted 20 overs. Steve Smith played a brilliant knock of 106 runs, while Saibzada Farhan contributed a solid 66 runs to the total. Despite the strong batting effort, the target proved insufficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In response, Hyderabad Kingsmen chased down the target of 214 runs with three balls to spare, thanks largely to a remarkable century by Usman Khan, which turned the match in their favor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reflecting on the performance, Farhan said that the team had expected a bigger total given Steve Smith\u2019s form during the innings. However, he also credited the opposition for their strong performance, acknowledging that T20 cricket is highly unpredictable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Farhan emphasized the importance of continuous improvement and personal goals for players. He said he had been working on improving his strike rate and power hitting through scenario-based practice sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThere is always room for improvement. If a player works hard, anything is possible,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He also shared that playing alongside experienced cricketers like Steve Smith has been a valuable learning experience. Farhan noted that while early matches in the PSL saw lower crowd attendance, the atmosphere has gradually improved over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The batter further stated that ups and downs are part of a player\u2019s journey, adding that last year\u2019s PSL played a key role in his comeback phase. Looking ahead, he mentioned his plans to participate in red-ball cricket after the PSL to prepare for longer formats of the game, including One Day Internationals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
