{"id":15118,"date":"2026-09-10T08:56:32","date_gmt":"2026-09-10T08:56:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/paksouch.com\/?p=15118"},"modified":"2026-09-10T08:56:33","modified_gmt":"2026-09-10T08:56:33","slug":"fbr-announces-major-relief-for-business-community","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/paksouch.com\/?p=15118","title":{"rendered":"FBR Announces Major Relief for Business Community"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Karachi: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has announced a major relief package for the business community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FBR Chairman Rashid Mahmood Langrial and his team met senior officials of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) at its headquarters on Wednesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the meeting, the FBR announced a decision to pay <strong>Rs83 billion in refunds and Rs43 billion in rebates<\/strong> to businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FBR Chairman Rashid Mahmood Langrial also assured the business community that the distinction between <strong>industrial and commercial importers<\/strong> would be addressed and eliminated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The decision is expected to provide financial relief to businesses and improve liquidity by releasing pending refunds and rebates.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Karachi: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has announced a major relief package for the business community.
