Pakistani senior actor Shahnawaz Zaidi has revealed that he decided to marry for a second time after the death of his first wife left him emotionally disconnected from life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Speaking during a recent television programme, the actor discussed one of the most difficult periods of his life and explained what ultimately led him to reconsider his views about remarriage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shahnawaz Zaidi said he had never imagined that he would marry again. In fact, he was strongly opposed to the idea of a second marriage and would even laugh whenever someone mentioned it in front of him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He recalled jokingly asking why anyone would consider remarriage at such a time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
However, after his first wife passed away, the actor said his emotional state changed considerably. For some time, he became absent-minded and lost interest in almost everything around him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He explained that he felt his heart had become detached from the world and that he no longer found pleasure or interest in the things he previously enjoyed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The actor said he also experienced a strange sense of disconnection, feeling as though he was physically present somewhere but mentally and emotionally absent from that moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It was during this difficult period, he said, that he gradually realized he needed companionship again and began to consider remarriage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shahnawaz Zaidi described the decision as something he had never expected to make, particularly given his earlier opposition to the idea of marrying again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
