Some members of Pakistan\u2019s national cricket team have reportedly raised concerns about the quality and suitability of their Test kits during the team\u2019s tour of England.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to sources, the kits provided to Pakistani players were not designed with England\u2019s cold weather in mind. Players reportedly complained that the jersey material was relatively thin and that some shirts had a very tight fit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Some players also reportedly did not receive kits in their correct sizes, adding to the difficulties during the tour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The issue became particularly noticeable during the first Test between Pakistan and England at Headingley in Leeds. Cold winds made conditions difficult for the players, with some Pakistani cricketers seen wearing woollen sweaters during the match.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pictures and videos of the players wearing sweaters during the Test also circulated on social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sources said the players had expressed concerns about the quality, fitting and weather suitability of the kits provided to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The complaints come during a challenging tour for Pakistan, with the team already facing difficulties on the field. Pakistan lost the Headingley Test by an innings and 103 runs on the third day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The second Test between Pakistan and England is scheduled to begin on August 27 at Lord\u2019s in London.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pakistan are also expected to make changes to their playing XI for the second Test. Babar Azam is reportedly likely to return to the team, while Mohammad Rizwan could be rested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fast bowler Ubaid Shah may also be given an opportunity because of his recent performances and the team\u2019s plans to fast-track him into the national setup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
