The Supreme Court has not approved the federal government\u2019s request for an early hearing of its review petition in the PTI founder\u2019s hospital transfer case, sources said on Monday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The government\u2019s review petition has been allotted case number 2033\/2026 and will be fixed for hearing according to the court\u2019s regular scheduling policy, the sources said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The government had sought early listing of the review petition challenging the order concerning the PTI founder\u2019s transfer to hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to sources, the review petition will now be taken up in its normal turn under the court\u2019s fixed-term policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A contempt of court petition related to the matter is also expected to be fixed along with the main case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The bench hearing the matter is not available during the Supreme Court\u2019s summer vacations, the sources said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
