{"id":12282,"date":"2026-08-22T14:42:53","date_gmt":"2026-08-22T14:42:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/paksouch.com\/?p=12282"},"modified":"2026-08-22T14:42:54","modified_gmt":"2026-08-22T14:42:54","slug":"family-alleges-illegal-transfer-of-77-acres-of-land-seeks-protection-from-authorities","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/paksouch.com\/?p=12282","title":{"rendered":"Family Alleges Illegal Transfer of 77 Acres of Land, Seeks Protection from Authorities"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Matiari :<\/strong>\u00a0Addressing a press conference at the City Press Club Matiari, Syed Irshad Shah Bukhari, a resident of Palijani, appeared with his minor children and alleged that the sons of his paternal aunt, Syed Altaf Shah and Gulzar Shah, had illegally transferred the ownership record of 77 acres of land belonging to his late uncle, Syed Anwar Shah, in Deh Keti near Nasarpur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He claimed that his late uncle, Syed Anwar Ali Shah, was the custodian of the shrine of Syed Mehr Ali Shah Bukhari and that he and his family were the legal heirs of the deceased. He alleged that close relatives were attempting to take possession of the land after having its ownership record unlawfully changed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Syed Irshad Shah further alleged that during the holy month of Ramadan, he was subjected to a murderous attack in which his jaw was fractured and he sustained a serious head injury that left him unconscious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He alleged that their opponents were acting with the support of Syed Attaullah Shah Bukhari, who, he claimed, had used his influence and played a role in changing the land records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He said that the previous day, they had been carrying out pruning work in a mango orchard on the disputed land when Syed Attaullah Shah Bukhari posted on social media alleging that unidentified people had cut down trees from the land of late Syed Anwar Shah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rejecting the allegation, Syed Irshad Shah said that they were carrying out work on their own land and reiterated that they were the legal heirs of Syed Anwar Shah.
