{"id":11242,"date":"2026-08-15T11:57:13","date_gmt":"2026-08-15T11:57:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/paksouch.com\/?p=11242"},"modified":"2026-08-15T11:57:14","modified_gmt":"2026-08-15T11:57:14","slug":"badin-district-council-holds-grand-independence-day-ceremony-honors-high-achieving-students","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/paksouch.com\/?p=11242","title":{"rendered":"Badin District Council Holds Grand Independence Day Ceremony, Honors High-Achieving Students"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Badin:<\/strong> A grand ceremony was organized at the District Council Badin on the occasion of Pakistan\u2019s Independence Day by <strong>Chairman District Council and President Pakistan Peoples Party Badin Jam Ali Asghar Halepoto<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Addressing the ceremony, Jam Ali Asghar Halepoto said that <strong>freedom is a great blessing<\/strong> and that the people of Pakistan had achieved independence through the unparalleled sacrifices of their forefathers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He congratulated the students of District Badin who secured <strong>four positions among the top ten positions in the Hyderabad Board matriculation results<\/strong>. He said that these talented young students were the future builders of the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He added that the District Council had always made efforts to promote education. A substantial amount from the council\u2019s budget was also allocated in the form of scholarships for talented students so that they could meet their educational needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the ceremony, position-holding students from District Badin presented <strong>Qiraat, Naat, speeches, tableaus and national songs<\/strong>, receiving enthusiastic appreciation from the audience. Chairman Jam Ali Asghar Halepoto presented the successful students with <strong>cash prizes and shields<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He said that the children of today would rise to important positions tomorrow and bring honor to their city, province and country through their achievements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>MPA Tanzila Um Habiba Qambarani<\/strong>, addressing the gathering, said that the Pakistan Armed Forces had demonstrated through their professional capabilities and bravery in recent circumstances that Pakistan was an <strong>invincible country<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She said that whenever the national interest and security of the country were at stake, the entire nation set aside personal differences and stood united like a strong wall against the enemy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She emphasized that to be true Pakistanis, people must also maintain a strong love for Sindh. She congratulated the students of District Badin who achieved prominent positions in the Hyderabad Board results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tanzila Um Habiba Qambarani also paid tribute to <strong>Zainab Samoon<\/strong>, daughter of District Education Department Focal Person <strong>Muhammad Khan Samoon<\/strong>, for her consistently outstanding academic performance and representation of female students at the national level. She expressed her best wishes for Zainab\u2019s bright future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>SSP Badin Qamar Raza Jiskani<\/strong> said that following the Second World War, many countries gained independence, and Pakistan was among those countries. He said Pakistan\u2019s leaders had made greater struggles and sacrifices compared with leaders of many other nations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He stressed that everyone must work hard to achieve the true objectives of independence and follow the principles and guidance of <strong>Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Chairman Municipal Committee Badin Pir Muhammad Saleh Qureshi<\/strong> said there was no shortage of talent among the students of District Badin.
