Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Ahmed Mohamed Abdelatty with the both sides discussing bilateral relations and matters of mutual interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the Foreign Office spokesperson, the Egyptian foreign minister congratulated Pakistan\u2019s leadership, government and people on Independence Day and conveyed his best wishes for Pakistan\u2019s peace, development and prosperity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Badr Ahmed Mohamed Abdelatty reaffirmed Egypt\u2019s commitment to further strengthening the close brotherly relations between Pakistan and Egypt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Both sides agreed to enhance cooperation in all areas of mutual interest and discuss the importance of increasing high-level contacts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The two foreign ministers also agreed to further strengthen institutional ties and cooperation between the two countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ishaq Dar and Badr Ahmed Mohamed Abdelatty discussed regional and global developments and reviewed issues of mutual interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
