{"id":10916,"date":"2026-08-13T11:30:30","date_gmt":"2026-08-13T11:30:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/paksouch.com\/?p=10916"},"modified":"2026-08-13T11:30:31","modified_gmt":"2026-08-13T11:30:31","slug":"ihc-judge-warns-islamabad-police-over-poor-level-investigation-in-cases","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/paksouch.com\/?p=10916","title":{"rendered":"IHC Judge warns Islamabad Police over poor level investigation in cases"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday raised questions over the Islamabad police investigation in four cases including a murder case.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIn these cases, the investigation has not been up to the mark,\u201d Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro told the SSP Islamabad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWhen a case come to us, we have to take decision on the basis of the investigation,\u201d Justice Soomro said. \u201cWe have to grant bail owing to the level of your inquiry and investigation,\u201d the bench addressing the police officer said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAn investigation officer in Islamabad gets up to Rs. One Lac, while the salary in Sindh Police is Rs. 40,000\u201d, Justice Khadim Hussain said. \u201cDespite lower salary in Sindh, there investigation used to have good quality,\u201d court remarked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe didn\u2019t summon a senior police officer in court during last one-and-half year.
