A large number of STP workers participated in the demonstration and chanted slogans against the arrests.

Speaking on the occasion, the protesting leaders said that the STP had been continuing its protest movement for the removal of what they described as “outsiders” from Sindh. They said that party workers and leaders were holding a protest in Mirpurkhas as part of the campaign when Mirpurkhas police arrested STP central leader Jam Shaukat Abro along with members of the district leadership.

They said that following the arrests, the STP central leadership reached the Mirpurkhas Press Club to hold a press conference. They declared that the arrests would not force STP workers to abandon their political struggle.

The protesters said the Sindh government claimed on one hand that it opposed the division of Sindh and supported measures against the settlement of outsiders, while on the other hand, they alleged, it was providing indirect support to such elements.

They maintained that the STP would not compromise on what they described as the rights and interests of Sindh and would continue its political and peaceful struggle.

The protesting leaders warned the Sindh government that if the arrested STP leaders and workers were not released immediately, the party would intensify its protest movement across the province.

The demonstrators demanded the immediate release of Hoth Khan Gadehi, Jam Shaukat Abro, Haider Mallah, Qadir Channa, Khuda Bakhsh Dars and all other detained STP leaders and workers.

MATIARI (Report: Zubair Ahmed Kalhoro): The Sindh Taraqqi-Pasand Party (STP), Matiari district, staged a protest outside the City Press Club Matiari against the arrest of..

[4

post-10654","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-leading
https://paksouch.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/Capture-42.jpg",715,405,false
https://paksouch.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/Capture-42-150x150.jpg",150,150,true
https://paksouch.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/Capture-42-300x170.jpg",300,170,true
https://paksouch.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/Capture-42.jpg",715,405,false
https://paksouch.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/Capture-42.jpg",715,405,false],"1536x1536":["https://paksouch.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/Capture-42.jpg",715,405,false],"2048x2048":["https://paksouch.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/Capture-42.jpg",715,405,false
admin
["GET
