{"id":10108,"date":"2026-01-08T08:36:55","date_gmt":"2026-01-08T08:36:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/paksouch.com\/?p=10108"},"modified":"2026-01-08T08:36:57","modified_gmt":"2026-01-08T08:36:57","slug":"uc-27-sher-muhammad-tho%e1%b9%9bha-holds-open-court-to-address-m-9-motorway-land-issues","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/paksouch.com\/?p=10108","title":{"rendered":"UC-27 Sher Muhammad Tho\u1e5bha Holds Open Court to Address M-9 Motorway Land Issues"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>An <strong>open court (kucheri)<\/strong> was organized in <strong>Union Council 27, Sher Muhammad Tho\u1e5bha<\/strong>, to address concerns of landowners affected by the construction of the <strong>M-9 Motorway<\/strong>, under the supervision of <strong>Chairman Wafa Sarfaraz Alhajri Khas Kheli<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The session saw the participation of <strong>Assistant Commissioner and Land Acquisition Officer Matiari, Mr. Abdul Sattar Shaikh<\/strong>, who engaged directly with landowners from <strong>Dehh Banoki, Dehh Tho\u1e5bha, and Dehh Khebarani<\/strong> whose lands fall under the motorway project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the kucheri, <strong>land-related issues<\/strong> such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inheritance (Foti) matters,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Land registration and sale certificate issues, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other legal obstacles in land transfers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>were discussed, and the <strong>Assistant Commissioner issued clear instructions<\/strong> for their swift resolution. He advised affected landowners to ensure that all <strong>required documentation is complete<\/strong>, so compensation could be provided <strong>as soon as possible<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Assistant Commissioner emphasized:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;Our priority is to facilitate the public. My office doors are always open for landowners so they can present their issues directly and get immediate solutions.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>On this occasion, <strong>UC Chairman Wafa Sarfaraz Alhajri Khas Kheli<\/strong> appreciated the Assistant Commissioner\u2019s initiative, stating that the open court would help landowners <strong>secure their rightful compensation<\/strong>.
